We provide a courier ticket number that is used as your tracking code.Â
CNC Tooling do not retain any Credit Card information.Â
Yes. All items are charged gst at the checkout.Â
We only ship to New Zealand. All other orders will be refunded.Â
General yes. Some larger orders may require multiple packages.Â
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
There is a re-stocking fee of $20 + gst for goods retuned unless for reasons attributed to our company.Â
If we’re at fault we will replace the item. Just return the incorrect products, and we will arrange their replacements.Â
All items replaced with no charge.Â
