Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Generally 1 – 3 working days

How do I create an account?

Email [email protected] with all relevant information. 

How do I change my shipping address?

You can update your details via the account page or by emailing [email protected]

How do I track the status of my order?

We provide a courier ticket number that is used as your tracking code. 

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

CNC Tooling do not retain any Credit Card information. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. All items are charged gst at the checkout. 

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to New Zealand. All other orders will be refunded. 

Will my items come in one package?

General yes. Some larger orders may require multiple packages.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

There is a re-stocking fee of $20 + gst for goods retuned unless for reasons attributed to our company. 

I received the wrong item

If we’re at fault we will replace the item. Just return the incorrect products, and we will arrange their replacements. 

My order arrived damaged

All items replaced with no charge.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will re-direct the package if possible. CNC Tooling accept no responsibility for incorrectly supplied address’s. 

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

There is a re-stocking fee of $20 + gst for all orders that require re-stocking. 

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes. Items that are not delivered will have been placed on backorder and delivered at a later date unless advised to the contrary.
